Minimum Order:
Screen Printing - 36 piece minimum
Embroidery - 12 piece minimum
Embroidered Caps - 24 piece minimum

Production Time:
Standard production time on most items is 7-10 business days except during peak season (May, June / September, October)
Rush service (5 business days) is available for a 25% premium where inventory and scheduling permits.

Showroom Hours:
The sales office is available for appointments Monday-Friday, please call to schedule. Arrangements can also be made for a sales call to your office or business

Payment Terms/Terms of Sale: - all custom decorated items.

• 50% deposit, balance due on delivery. This option good for local orders, but will incur COD freight charges when shipped.
• Prepay in full - This option good for orders that will be shipped because it avoids COD freight charges.
• NET 30 terms/purchase order. Available to business clients after a credit approval and a minimum of three orders with good history.

Payment Methods:

• Business checks and cash payments receive automatic 2.9% Discount from web site pricing, best option for local orders. Example: $1000.00 order . . . save $29.00.
• Credit cards - no surcharge when swiped in person at the sales office.
• PayPal – Faster. Safer. Easier. Best for phone and web orders.

Shipping / Delivery:

• FedEx Ground Service
• Next day and two day air are also available, but be advised that a box of T-shirts (72 units) or Polo shirts (48 units) averages up to 40 pounds and may be price prohibitive. We strive to avoid the need for air freight whenever possible.
• For clients with freight accounts we can email package weight and size so you can return shipping labels via email, if preferred.
• For local businesses free local delivery can be arranged. Orders can also be picked up up at the sales office.
